Yeah, I think I'm over tubeless, too (for now). I like the idea as a concept, and having a puncture seal up after a few seconds was a neat experience, but holy cow that was a mess to clean up later (yes, fenders would've helped).
When I had my Lightning Bolt and pondered making it more dirt-oriented with knobby tires I realized I didn't know jack about how to change the tires, and the YouTube videos didn't lead me to believe I was going to enjoy it much. I guess I'm just old and like what I know so now I have a perfectly useless bottle of sealant, a (very pretty blue) tool for unscrewing a valve stem, and a very expensive set of tire plugs.
