Yes, the Saluki sounds like what you should look for. I liked my first one so much that I bought a spare.
Of course, the new 56 Atlantis is great too. For the record, my Salukis are 60(or is it 61?) and the 56 Atlantis is just as good of a fit for me. For slightly shorter riders, there was a 55-56 cm Saluki on EBay last night. It might still be there.
