Homers are already specc'ed with the longest caliper brakes used on roadish bikes (55-76mm reach), the brakes that most people use for 650b conversions on 700c bikes with shorter reach brakes. Bikes that need more clearance than a 55-76mm brake can offer generally use cantilevers or disc brakes. There are a couple of BMX brake calipers out there that have even longer reach but frankly I wouldn't recommend it. They are heavy, super flexy and the performance is poor:
