Looks to me like it might have had at least a mild front end collision, although the cracks etc. would generally be on the bottom of the top and down tubes... Maybe a roof rack incident? The BB marks might be from a kickstand, highly unlikely the BB shell has been compromised in any way (IMHO, of course).
