Alos got in a ride. Overcast and damp most of the way, but some sun at the end.
55 1/2 mi on a '95 Riv Road. 37F and flags straight out from the poles on the
outbound portion of the route. Nicer coming back. Showers Pass jacket over a
short sleeve wool jersey over a long sleeve wool base layer, Hind tights over
wool shorts over wool briefs. Wool gloves. Wool Beanie. Reflective inner socks,
wool outer socks, shoe covers, and still had 2 numb toes on the windward side
foot.
Target closed out some merino sweaters for $7 each. Picked one up to use as a
base layer.
Where did the OP find that cashmere sweater? Sounds great!
