I've seen none, but, with the health benefits that are measurable by typical "annual physical" measurements, and by how you feel, I'd say this is pretty safe from a purely common sense point of view. But -- what I have to remember is that, with all of the proteins and fats you're ingesting, don't forget to take care of your intestinal system, if you know what I mean. If figure it would be a shame to achieve the heart health of a 20 year old but die of colon cancer...
