Unfortunately the Randonneur Hyper appears to be available only in 700c.

I've been riding the Randonneur Pro in 26x1.5 (ie 559-40). The tire is good
for commuting but somewhat heavy. The vittoria site says its 450g, but mine
weigh 510g. I'm not weight obsessed, but the tire does feel slow.
