I would like some advice please. >From experience I've found that a 1/8" track ring/cog/chain drive train can be particular about chain line. I've noticed that the chainline for the fixed and free sides of the Paul high flange hub are different. So now I'm wondering, is that typical for fixed-free hubs? Does the thinner cog on a single speed fw afford enough slop that one can set up the fixed side precisely with 1/8" stuff and the fw flip side will be fine? Should I stick with normal width gears if I'm going to use a fixed-free hub on a one speed?
