Ah, the brakes in the uprights of the new Moustache bars. Gotcha. I want to the brakes in the curves. Apart from fast stopping in traffic, the only time I need my front brake is steep, often jouncy technical descents, and grip of the bars is far better in the curves than the upright/back portion (too easy to slip off entirely), which is why I originally shifted to the new Moustache bars in the first place.
My only gripe about the brakes (and other models of road brakes I’ve used) is that on Moustache bars, the horizontal position eventually leads to a flibbly flobbly brak lever that was not designed to be horizontal, and a rattle, though soft, becomes present. Haven’t figured out how to sort that out well yet. With abandon, Patrick -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
