Shoji: this is exactly the sort of helpful information I was hoping to get. I'd consider the MUSAs but I really want a zip fly and buttoned waistband which, alas, the Rivs don't have. If the new model is like the original one -- I owned both knickers and long pants in the original style -- yes, that weight would be perfect.
Good to know about the Zoic waist and cuff cinches. I have moved exactly 2 feet and 14.3 inches closer to actually buying a pair or 2 of the Zoics. Many thanks.
