Tim, I have 650b Cliffhangers on my Hunqapillar. I use it for everything you've mentioned and have no complaints. I went with the Cliffhangers mainly to accommodate a wider tire, Rich at Riv told me that the Atlas' (Atli ?) would work just fine running 2.4s but ultimately I just wanted to have a wider rim. Any specific question hit me up here or on IG.
