I think she bought them at a bike shop. They had a reflective strip on the back. Clip in the front. The front was way longer than the back to cover handlebars. But I just didn't like how it felt constrictive and heavy on the hands when I was moving my hands around on the drop bars. Bordered on dangerous for me. Not good to make the handlebars wobble when you're trying to toss the Cape up/off of your hand tops so you can reach more forward or backwards to get to the controls.
