Here’s what they said when I called them: If you’re used to a 38t round ring, buy a 38t elliptical ring. You’ll pedal with the power of a 40t ring, but with the feel and effort of a 38t ring because there is less time between power strokes so pedaling is smoother an more efficient. Anyone have experience with these? I need to replace my wide-narrow ring anyway, so am thinking of giving these a shot.
