Thanks to all for the kind words.

Patrick Moore inquired:

"Out of the 10 bikes, which would be the easiest to ride day in and day
out? Perhaps, with ~3X the miles on the RLT9 than on the others, this might
be the favorite?"

I'm not completely sure what you are getting at with "easiest to ride", but
I think I might. If I'm understanding you right, then I'd say the Samuel
Hillborne is that bike. It's perfect. The 200 miles on the Hillborned
definitely went the fastest, and I was sad that they were over so fast. The
Niner Seven Fiver is really dialed, and I'm proud of it as a build, but I
wish it were steel. The fit and handling are spectacular, and I love the
Lauf Grit fork. For mixed terrain riding, and serious drop bar mountain
biking, it's the right tool for the job. Maybe I'll have Steve Rex make me
a steel frame to move the Niner's build over. All of my long road rides
this winter and spring are going to be on the Hillborne, though. I'm
considering taking a run at an SR Series on the Hillborne. I possibly will
follow that with a mixed terrain SR Series on the Niner Seven Fiver. If I
hadn't pulled the trigger on the Lauf Grit fork, I definitely would have
put all the extra miles on the Hillborne.
