I like my Clem a lot. I'm your size and I have the 52, which I would recommend. I used it every day on my 15-mile round trip commute for about a year (stopped when my job stopped), and took it on some nice adventure rides, including an ascent of Mt. Beacon. I would also suggest considering the L version if you aren't already. It can do everything the H does, and more!
