I have a Clem L, and before that a Clem H..they definitely click the boxes you've laid out. A caveat about sizing: I landed near the top end of the range for a 45cm frame and bought that H model, it was too small with reach-back bars. My 52cm L fits much better at 5'-7" 79ish PBH. If you have any chance to ride before buying I think you should consider a 59, especially with the stock way-reach-back Bosco Bars.
