My comparison won't be exact, but maybe it can help you think about it. I was in range but on the taller end of a Clem H and it ended up being to cramped with Choco-Moose and Albatross bars..it *definitely* wouldn't have worked with Boscos.
Later I rode a 52 H with Boscos at RBW and it was great. I have a 52 Clem L on order now. So my advice - especially considering stepover isn't an issue on L models - is to check the virtual toptube lengths and buy the biggest Clem you think you can ride, especially if you're doing a complete with the stock Bosco Bars.
