Thanks for the link to the RBW write up.  Just what I was looking for.  I 
vaguely remember it, 12 - 13 years ago??

The PH / SH chart was invaluable.  it confirms a 54cm is my size and I 
could fit a 56cm, although the 57cm TT may be a challenge.
