I think of the 650B Hilsen and the Saluki being identical. Certainly they are functionally identical. In my humble opinion, if there was a 54cm 650B Hilsen and a 54cm Saluki, built up the same and you test rode them both blindfolded, you would crash because riding a bicycle while blindfolded is really dangerous.
