Pump on my Rambouillet is frame fit, under the top tube. My commuter's pump 
is a shorter Topeak that came with one of those frame tube coped brackets 
that go under a mounted bottle cage. I zip-tied it to the lateral dowel 
inside my Nelson Longflap so it  may always be present if needed but never 
visible for the pointless pilferer. Looks cleaner to clear all the 
cluttering do-dads from the bars and frame.
