Bob, I have the AT crank left over from my ol' Stumpjumper daze. When the 124mm
Sugino original cup and cone bb eventually wore out I replaced it with a 127
Shimano UN-72 cartridge and it was a perfect fit for the Stumpie and it's
straight stays near the rings. These are nice bb's, so much so Shimano stopped
making them, ho hum, in favor of the UN-50 series. Any current 127mm Shimano,
Tange or similar cartridge would all use the same offsets per size. Cartfridges
do not follow any predicatable pattern of offsets, meaning 2 sizes can have the
same ds distance bit different non ds distance. Look up Tange ln-3922 via
google photos and you will find a chart of all catridge sizes and offsets. I'm
on a mobile and too lazy to look it up and paste it at the moment.

Skf may or may not follow suit but the 126 would likely work since compass
states to use 1-2mm shorter than Shimano but contradicts themselves in their
chart, so there ya go.
