Amsterdam is great. I didn't go with an intentional itinerary, just met the flow when we got there after we saw the state of weather, traffic and such. Weather, group dynamic and time limitations dictated more than my interest in biking, but didn't get in the way of some two wheel fun.

We rented city bikes there at the spur of the moment and ended up riding way out to the northeast in the dairy/cheese areas where the Beemster porcelain cows mark the diaries that have made the mark as suppliers. The moment overrode judgment and we ended up riding just shy of 60 miles on those livery . Finished with a tall Heineken in the outdoor garden behind the Van Gogh Museum.
