I ran 32mm Paselas with SKS P45 fenders and the stock Shimano brakes that came with the bike. It worked fine and I had plenty of clearance. The front wheel is the stock rim, Araya I think, and the rear wheel is a Mavic Open Sport. I'm currently running Ruffy Tuffys with 40mm Berthoud fenders.
