You do not mention whether or not the frame shipped with the headset installed. If not, and you plan to install your own, you'll need specialized tools to do that, too. It's critical to get the bottom "race" on top the fork crown as well as the top and bottom cups of the head tube installed as perfectly parallel as possible. If it was pre-installed per order, never mind (assuming it was done right at the source).
