I don't think that Cheviot listing looks shady either. The seller knows the original spelling of "Cheviot" which is different than the spelling on the bike. And it includes a little set of extras which are still in their Riv packing. I'm only a few miles west of the seller. Someone should buy the bike before I do something rash. It's a great deal.
