I live in Portland and was covering some of the same ground yesterday; S.E. pdx to Oregon City, across the Willamette and up 43 to Lake Oswego, then up Terwilliger and over the top to drop down into downtown, across the Hawthorne bridge and back home. The flakes started to fly about 15 minutes later :-)
