I would stay with my favorite saddle but recommend a Thud Buster post for the stoker. Because stokers can't see the road, part of tandeming requires the pilot to notify the stoker of bumps but it's impossible to do this all the time. Those of us who have been riding a long time instinctively unweight our rear end when crossing rough pavement, RR tracks, etc. Stokers can't always get to do that.
