Leaving aside anomalies like the recent discussion on Velocipede Salon
concerning a shop that managed to cut a Kogswell P/R fork so low it
would be necessary to cut down the head tube extension to use the frame,
is there a bike shop in the USA incapable of doing this job
successfully?  After all, except for this tiny niche here, threadless is
all they ever see.
