I'm giving my son a bike for Xmas, a Surly Pacer, built up as far as I can given the fact that it's going to be shipped, He has no tools so he will need a shop to do the final set up including cutting the steerer and fitting an appropriate stem. All the bits and pieces with the exception of the stem and bars (He's thinking) will be there. Suggestions? GeorgeS
