Thanks, Garth. The Surly tubes are slightly larger, but the clamps were still capable of securely engaging the narrower Nitto diameter.
Also, for the application as pictured a plumbing tube bender is helpful for getting the tubes bent symmetrically around the braze-on centerpulls.
