Very pretty, and thanks for the photos. Gad, motor traffic in that beautiful area is like the selfie-taking tourists in Chartres,
I just talked to my sister west of Florissant the other day, and she described how the aspens at 9K feet are just starting to leaf. Here, spring just turned into summer, with temps moving viciously into the mid 90s. I had hoped to make at least one more visit to the Pikes Peak are, but, alas, my sister and her husband have sold their house and are moving to GA next week, God willing -- her husband must take care of his mother. I recall the lovely reservoir trails we rode last summer; the views with pleasure, the singletrack with anxiety. But the approach roads, through those lovely rolling and green meadows, are roads I wish I could ride some more. Did you take any photos of the actual trails? If so, and if you care to post them, I for one will be delighted to look at them. On Sat, Jun 4, 2016 at 5:26 PM, Deacon Patrick <lamontg...@mac.com> wrote: > Ahhhh!
