Yes, I saw the You-tube video, and that is way beyond my tool set. However the suggestion of finding a good local machine shop is a good one and it happens that I know of one. The guy who is currently powdercoating the tandem has a very large machine shop and also builds bikes & rebuilds cars. He's a couple of hours from here but I will take the BB with me when I go to pick up the frame, maybe next week.
In the meantime, Vt is having a bout of sunny weather with temps in the 40s. The dirt roads have dried out and are good for spring riding.
