Yeah I believe you need a serious press which is not common. Assuming you don't have one, you'll be sending it to PW to get it worked on, which might be enough to make you want to recycle it.
The bearing designator should be a number on the seal. It starts with a 6, meaning the bearing has a single row of balls that run in a deep annular groove. The following digits encode the thickness, inside diameter and outside diameter.
