Great locking job, Got both racks and the saddle secured as well. My recall on the lug issue is also that the change was made to reduce / simplify the brazing and painting process for Toyo. Remember that back then the Atlantis and the Ram were the intoduced as the budget bike offering from Rivs. You went with an All-rounder, Long Low, Road or custom if you wanted fancier lugs and paint.
