Hi Patrick,
Assuming it's the same seat lug as other Rivs (excepting Clem, I think), 
then you'll need to replace the "M6 Hex Socket Cap, 22mm length" with the 
security bolt. 

I went with the pitlock skewers and seat post binder bolt. They're really 
spendy, but I don't worry about my wheels or seat post anymore. I think the 
visible parts of the pitlock skewers are nice looking, for what that's 
worth. 

(One could still take the saddle by unscrewing at the rail/post interface.)

There are ways to secure the quill, but, other than putting a ball bearing 
in there, it gets complicated. If I was that concerned about it, I probably 
wouldn't be riding my Riv.
