According to Riv Catalog 3, the largest stock offering of the Road Standard and LongLow is 65 center-to-top, with 62.5 top tubes.
A Road Standard or LongLow should have a French-text 753 decal on the seat tube, and 531 decals on the fork legs. A Road Standard or LongLow will have a Waterford serial, and a "Handmade in Waterford, WI" decal on the left chain stay. I'm no authority on early Rivs; these are the facts I dug up a couple years ago when identifying my bike as a Road Standard. Yours could be a custom, or possibly an earlier Road model.
