A pro-fitter might try to fit you like a "pro", with handlebars 4" below the saddle and a foot of seatpost showing. I'm not sure that's going to be useful in your case. I would be very wary of a typical pro-fit session at a local bike shop. I'm sure there must be some good ones out there, but I haven't seen it.
