Them there bars is fine. And if one prefers the stem/bar interface to have a more traditional angle, one can find Nitto Technomic stems with a 280mm stalk.
I would love the bar height of a 64cm Sam but not its standover or top tube length. So I have tall stems on my 60cm Sams. I think, when my ship comes in (scheduled to happen shortly after climate change hits hades), I'll order my RBW custom by saying "I'd like a 61.25cm Sam Hillborne". Joe Bell paint, of course.
