Mafac is long gone, although old ones can be had on ebay. The one you want for a 650B bike is the RAID. Generally the Racer, the one you'll find in the old parts bucket in most old bike shops, won't work. Compass has brought back the Mafac RAID in a slightly improved form: https://www.compasscycle.com/shop/components/brakes/compass-centerpull-brakes/ but it's intended for use with braze-on pivots and doesn't have the backing plate making it suitable for bolt-on use. However, its introduction has somewhat alleviated the upward price pressure on used and NOS RAIDs (there's one available on ebay right now for the same price as a Compass).
