So I have both the nitro and tubus racks... it's a tie for a rear rack.   
 As for Ortlieb .. well I feel they are fantastic, the best.. well that is 
oh so subjective... I wouldn't give up my 10 year old Arkels for a new set 
of Ortlieb.. and and yes I'll take the secure cam locks as well.   That 
being said you really can't go wrong... and if you can buy new.. go look at 
the new brooks design where they partnered with Ortlieb ... man talk about 
sweet looking.   :)
