Jason, you're taller than me, but I think we have the same length legs. A 61cm horizontal TT frame fits me perfectly. I think the 62 Hunq would be too big, especially as it has an angled TT. And don't forget you'll (presumably) be riding with fat tires. You would get a taller head tube and longer TT on the 62, and maybe that would be worth it to you as you might have a longer torso.
