I love the fixed gear Phil hub that I have on my Salsa Casseroll which has chrome plated semi-horizontal drop outs. The axel end caps and the bolt washers both have serrated edges which hold the wheel in place. It never moves. I think it's easier to mount this wheel in the Casseroll's drop outs than one with a quick release . JohnS
