I'm going to see if I can't cut down a rag to get it under 3 grams. Sure, a rag is another brilliant idea, but black shorts (I used to wear lycra shorts) were so convenient. Black socks serve the purpose but yesterday I wanted nothing between me and my Sidis.
Gloves: too much hassle and pulling them onto sweating heads is a pair, at least if they are tight enough to stay put when you are working in them. Actually, I do carry a bandana and that's what I used yesterday. Out again I hope in an hour or so! Erl: very wet this year, with, IIRC, 5 whole inches citywide average to date, and the "monsoon" has just started. We'll see ...
