Today's ride wasn't as epic as PBP but it was fun. The weather held while I pedaled out to the start in Forest Grove. The rain began about 40k into the ride and didn't ever really let up. But boy, was that fun! I just love cycling. I ran into a friend at the finish and got a ride home. Still, 85 miles or so for a rainy cold day isn't bad.
As I write this the clouds are parting and a little bit of sunlight is filtering through... My Kurcharik jersey was great.
