It's easy to see in, and the bag holds a square shape empty. Assuming you 
mean spare tube, not tire - I am assuming this - it holds all that with 
some room to spare. If you'd like a green one (Riv is out), I have a 
low-miles one available. The straps show signs of being mounted/dismounted 
a few times, but I've never actually used it much. I seem incapable of 
leaving the house without a full-size bag full of 
whatever-possible-thing-I-can-think-of-I-might-need, so this sits on the 
shelf. $50 shipped?
