Recently replaced an inner tube on my rear. Took the tire completely off then remounted tire with tube. Inflated/deflated a couple times to make sure tire seated then inflated to approximately 40 psi and took it out for a spin. I get a weird rubber rubbing sound. Can't say how many times I've deflated/inflated and slid the bead around the inside of rim, a bunch of times with no change! Their mounted on Velocity Synergy rims. Has anyone experienced something like this? Lastly, this has happened before just can't recall how I resolved it. Thanks in advance for any constructive feedback.
