I'm in the no-brainer and no-worry bottom bracket realm with SKF bottom 
brackets on 3 bikes.  But the last bottom bracket I failed, a Campy Mirage, 
failed the seals.  Watch for tell-tale grease coming out of your bottom 
bracket seals, especially if you ride hard, they will quickly spin 
themselves out and you'll find a BB jammed against your crank arm.
