Yes you can run a caliper brake in that crown.  47.5mm of rake is a tiny 
bit more than 'normal'.  I think 45mm is the most common rake you'd see on 
road bikes.  

Measuring rake is pretty easy if you have the fork off and lay it flat on 
the table.  Measure how high the centerline of the steerer is off the table 
(something like 13mm).  Measure how high the centerline of the front hub 
axle would be off the table (something like 60mm).  Rake is the difference 
between those two measurements (something like 60mm - 13mm = 47mm).  

I just measured my 58cm Atlantis and it looks like the stock fork has a 
208mm long steerer, so I could run the shortest one with fewer spacers or 
the medium one with a cm or so cut off (or more spacers!)
