Shoes vary a lot - do you use thin cycling shoes (in which case you'll need a small). If you use street shoes, a Medium or Large would be a better choice. It also depends on where you like to have your foot in relation to the pedal spindle. Although it seems the latter doesn't matter all that much within a reasonable range.
