During our recent visit to Japan, we had the privilege of visiting the MKS pedal factory. It was a treat to see huge machines stamp out toeclips. On the other end of the spectrum, a single, white-gloved employee adjusted the bearings of the top-of-the-line pedals with miniscule shims...
